James Hall covers a lot of ground in a small amount of space in his e-book, partially due to the fact that to get your hands on all of the information he has for you, you have to join his monthly membership club and remain a member for seven months.

Written by Shawn Lebrun, this book doesn't break any new ground, but does have some solid information. The core of Shawn's program is a 12-week strength training course consisting of roughly 3 hours of workouts per week.
